Only the sound of the waves, and seagulls will accompany your boiling kettle. Check out the sunrise times, which are not to be missed – they are the best in the world

You will have off road parking, high quality beds, a well-stocked kitchen, games and books for relaxation and flat screen HD TV complete with Sky and TNT sports.

Beach Side has a beautiful king size bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space and a cute vanity corner and mirror for taming the beach hair! Upstairs we have a twin room with wardrobe and draws, a bathroom with separate shower and bath and a separate toilet next door

Filey is packed with friendly tea and coffee shops, restaurants and many quirky pubs where the locals are always happy for a chat - plenty of shops for all self-catering supplies too.
